The community is beautifully landscaped with a large variety of tropical trees and shrubs.
The Homeowners Association Community is governed by a 5 person Board of Directors elected by the members of the Association.
The Association is responsible for landscaping of the common areas and the front of homesites, maintenance of the resort style pool and spa, periodic painting of the exterior of the homes and cleaning of the roofs, maintenance of the community wide irrigation system and other issues related to the upkeep and beautification of the community.
