ABOUT US

The Ibis Property Owners Association (Ibis POA) is the master association of 33 communities located in West Palm Beach, Florida, situated adjacent to the Grassy Waters Preserve. This habitat for protecting nature only enhances the peace and tranquility for which Ibis has become known.

Consisting of administration, public safety, and landscape & maintenance departments, Ibis POA strives to enhance the quality of life for approximately 5,000 residents in a community of 1,871 residences with a real estate value over a billion dollars. The Ibis community spans over 1,900 acres and contains 45 lakes and more than 15 miles of roadways. The Ibis POA maintains a family park, dog park, butterfly park, and bocce courts. In addition, The Club at Ibis within the property, has three Nicklaus golf courses, sixteen tennis courts, pickleball courts, swimming pools, four restaurants, fitness center, and a health and wellness spa.

Ibis POA is governed by a seven-member board which is elected by the community. A fulltime, in-house management staff works closely with the Ibis POA Board of Directors and its resident committees to effectively perform the day-to-day operations of the association, including around-the-clock community access control, EMT services, and patrol.

Named the 2012 and 2013 Florida HOA Community of the Year, Ibis POA has been recognized for its financial innovations, security & safety initiatives, emergency preparedness, Florida Friendly Landscaping, child safety seat installation program, and volunteerism by local, state, and national award programs.
